Services
As buying agents, our primary mission revolves around locating manufacturers that align with your specific requirements, encompassing your budget, product type, and most importantly, product quality. Manufacturers vary greatly based on product categories and price ranges, and our commitment is to pinpoint those manufacturers that best fulfill your needs. At every step, we are dedicated to safeguarding your interests.
Monitoring:
Once we’ve identified an ideal manufacturer for your needs, our next critical role is overseeing the production process. Our continuous monitoring ensures the production progresses smoothly, enabling timely shipments and identifying and resolving any potential bottlenecks. This vigilant oversight is paramount in reducing lead times and providing you with instant feedback.
Sourcing & Operations:
Upon confirming an order with the end customer, we finalize our sourcing units and establish comprehensive operational plans using workflow charts along the critical path and a time and action (TNA) follow-up system. This meticulous planning involves assigning responsibilities to the relevant units and individuals to ensure on-time delivery commitments are met with precision.
Quality Control System:
Quality is an uncompromisable factor for all buyers. Our dedicated quality control division ensures that your quality requirements are met. We steadfastly believe that all finished products must meet the fundamental requirements of the buyer, minimizing any potential extra costs. We employ a robust quality system supported by skilled personnel and appropriate instruments.
Sampling:
1. We begin by collecting the customer’s fabric and style preferences.
2. We identify and select suitable sources for the samples.
3. Preliminary screening includes inspection and testing.
4. Samples are forwarded to customers, and their feedback is solicited and incorporated.
Pricing:
1. We receive and verify manufacturers’ quotations, evaluating their suitability concerning both quality and capacity to meet contractual requirements.
2. Negotiation and finalization of pricing are key steps in this process.
Order Progress Process:
Upon order receipt, we engage in discussions with manufacturers to plan the process and prepare a critical path, highlighting the pivotal stages involved.
Weekly Progress Report:
Weekly meetings involving Merchandisers, Quality Controllers, and Logistics staff are held every Sunday, and the status is promptly conveyed to customers on Mondays. This facilitates transparent tracking of order progress.
Sample Trajectory:
We meticulously track various sample types, including prototypes, pre-production, photo samples, inspection samples, and more.
Quality Assurance:
1. We rigorously test essential parameters for each dye lot of the fabric.
2. We organize and conduct fabric inspections, size set inspections, in-line inspections, and final inspections.
3. Our in-house lab checks fabric properties such as shrinkage, color fastness, weight, and more.

INDUSTRY PROFILE OF BANGLADESH
The Bangladesh readymade garments industry rose to prominence in the mid-1980s, establishing itself as a significant exporter of RMG to the USA, Canada, and EEC countries during that period. Ongoing efforts are vigorously promoting RMG exports to markets in Japan, Australia, the Middle East, and the emerging Commonwealth of Independent States.
Over the years, the range of product categories has expanded dramatically, growing from a mere 4-5 in 1982-1983 to well over 60 by 2021. There’s also a noticeable uptick in the utilization of local fabrics and accessories in RMG manufacturing today. Bangladesh has solidified its position as a major RMG exporter to 20 countries worldwide, emphasizing a commitment to quality.
Bangladesh now stands as the 7th largest exporter of garments to the USA, the 9th largest to Canada, and the primary supplier of woven shirts, T-shirts, sweaters, and trousers to the EEC. This dynamic industry comprises more than 4,500 manufacturing units, utilizing over 550,000 pieces of machinery and providing employment to over 1.5 million workers, with a remarkable 85% of them being women. These women, who previously lacked employment opportunities in other organized sectors, have played a pivotal role in the meteoric growth of the RMG and hosiery sector exports.
This expansion underscores the efficiency, adaptability, and dexterity of our workforce. Labor-intensive industries like RMG are poised for continued success due to their significant contribution to the country’s economy. The RMG industry enjoys certain privileges and advantages not readily accessible to other sectors, further solidifying its importance in the economic landscape.
